Meet Dr. Dang

Dr. Cindy Dang is a residency-trained optometrist born and raised in South Bend, IN. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, where she received the Eschenbach Excellence in Low Vision Student Award. She later completed a residency in low vision rehabilitation, geriatrics, and ocular disease at the Illinois Eye Institute and The Chicago Lighthouse, earning the Residency Award in Vision Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, and Ocular Disease. Dr. Dang is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across a wide range of clinical conditions. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, playing pickleball, catching Pokémon on Pokémon Go, and attending concerts.
