COVID-19 Safety Policy

CVP Physicians Dayton has a “mask optional” policy. CVP Physicians Dayton providers, employees, patients, family members, visitors, and vendors can choose to wear a mask in our clinic offices. Masks are welcomed and encouraged for those who choose to wear them, and they will be available onsite upon request. We ask that everyone exercise kindness, compassion, and patience toward others in support of their personal choice to wear a mask. COVID levels and trends are closely being monitored, and policies may be adjusted as needed.
