Meet Dr. Maylath

Jeremy Maylath, M.D., is an ophthalmologist at CVP Physicians Dayton, serving patients in Maineville, OH. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery.

Dr. Maylath grew up in Harrisburg, PA and completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where he graduated with honors. He earned his medical degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine, where he participated in research on cataract surgery, which sparked his initial interest in ophthalmology. Dr. Maylath completed his internship and residency at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX, where he served as chief resident in his final residency year.

Dr. Maylath practices medical and surgical comprehensive ophthalmology, diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. He sees patients at the CVP Physicians – Dayton Springboro office, as well as Cincinnati Eye Institute’s Maineville location, and performs procedures at the Middletown Surgery Center.
